Miranda .4 Released
April 16, 2005The compact, open-source, and free Miranda IM has been updated to version .4. Miranda allows you to connect to multiple messaging protocols at once, such as AIM, MSN, and Yahoo, all in a single application.
I use it for IRC and AIM and am very pleased with the compact size. In my configuration it uses about 1.5 - 4.5 megabytes of memory. I recommend the .zip download, which can run from any directory, including a USB key.
